1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time
We deliver all over Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free or as mentioned on product page

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your order within the expected time, please contact our support team with your order details.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
